The Short Version
This site collects only what you actively give it, uses it only to do the thing you asked for, and stores as little as possible. There are no advertising trackers. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that counts page views without identifying individual visitors. Where AI features process what you submit, this page says exactly which provider is involved.
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are emailed to us via SendGrid (our email delivery provider) so we can respond. They are not used for marketing lists and are not sold or shared.
AI Demos (Photos, Chat, and Plans)
The live demos on this site are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you upload photos for analysis, chat with the AI concierge, or generate an AI Opportunity Plan, the content you submit — photos, messages, and business descriptions — is sent to Anthropic for processing and the result is returned to your browser. We do not store your photos, chat conversations, or generated reports on our servers. Anthropic's handling of API data is governed by its own privacy and data-retention policies. Please don't upload photos or share details that include sensitive personal information.
Booking a Call
When you book a call, the name, email, and notes you provide are used to create the meeting in Zoom and to send confirmation emails to you and to us via SendGrid. The meeting details live in our Zoom account like any other calendar entry.
Abuse Prevention
To keep the demos available for everyone, we apply rate limits using your IP address. These counters are held briefly in server memory. When a request is blocked, we log the IP address and which endpoint it hit so we can spot abuse. The AI demos may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA that verifies you're a real visitor without tracking you across sites.
Hosting and Infrastructure
This site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on Railway. Both providers may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the site. Their handling of that data, like Anthropic's, SendGrid's, and Zoom's, is governed by their own privacy policies.
